NEW BLOG!!!

Hi Everyone!
I just wanted to let you know that I now have a new blog about my books. I haven't gotten information about the newest book I'm working on yet, but it should be up soon.
I hope you'll stop by Rebekah's Reading Books.

New Page Up

Hi,
I thought I'd let you know that I put up a new page with reviews about
"Home Fires of the Great War." If you would like to write a review
about it, you can leave one in a comment and I'll put it on the page.
I'm excited that so many people are enjoying my work.

And I'll give you a heads up, I'm working on finishing another book.
This one is a Western. I'll let you know more details as I know them.:)
And I do have plans to write two other books that come after "Home
Fires." You'll just have to wait until this other book is done.

I know I haven't posted anything on here for quite a while. Sorry. Not much to say. I did want to say today that in the last two days I've sold 5 copies of my book and might have been able to sell one or two more if I had had them.:) I hope all those who bought copies enjoy them.

I also had someone tell me after reading my book that she loved it! She laughed and cried through it. "I could picture everything because you wrote it so well," she told me and added, "When I was reading it on the plane, I had to keep telling myself, 'don't get involved.'":) Now she is going to pass my book on to her friends.

Delighted to know my work is being enjoyed by others.

Lost Count But Still Writing

Well, I think sales are going well for such a large book. I know over a
dozen have sold and I have officially lost count.:) I suppose if I
really tried to figure out how many I have sold, I could. At least the
ones Light of Faith or myself has sold.
If any of you have read Home Fires of the Great War, I'd really
appreciate feedback. You can leave comments here on this blog, or you
can go rate and/or write a quick review about it on Light of Faith,
Amazon. com or Barnes & Nobel. (Or any other place you find my
book.)
I haven't started a sequel for this book yet (well, not officially),
but I am working on getting another book finished. I'd like to send
this one to a publishing house and see what happens. Anyone know of any
publishing houses I can send it to?

10 and Counting

I thought I should give you all a quick update on my book. We've sold 10 and counting that I know of.:) I say "and counting" because there is one person who has ordered a book, but hasn't paid for it or gotten it yet. I'm going to have to order some more to have on hand when I go places.:)
I've had some really fun reactions when I simply hand someone my book saying that I thought they might like to see it. And then they notice who wrote it.:) I've had a nearly scream and a very excited scream and hug.:)
I hope everyone who has a copy is enjoying it. If you have read it, would you write a quick review for Light of Faith, Amazon or Barnes & Noble? Thanks. And feel free to ask book stores in your area to get a few copies in. Or even a local library.

Have a wonderful evening!

Light of Faith Now Has Books!

You can now order your own copy of Home Fires of the Great War from Light of Faith.

I sold the first copy of my book! Well, technically Light of Faith
did, but it was exciting to have one sold at a home school conference in
St. Louis. You can check what other conferences Light of Faith will be
at on their web site.

I'll keep you posted with more updates on how things are going.

You Can Order!

You can now order my book from Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Since Jimmy is gone to a conference right now, you will have to wait to order it from Light of Faith. If you want the book signed you can, 1. order it from Amazon or Barnes & Noble and connect with me sometime to sign it or 2. wait to order it from Light of Faith or 3. wait until you see me in person and buy one that way.:) There might be other places that are now carrying my book, but I'm not sure were. If you know of any other place, let me know. I have heard that a few people want this book in libraries closet to them. If that is what you want, you should make a request with your library. Home Fires of the Great War will be going to the Library of Congress! If you order from Barnes & Noble (which is the cheapest place right now by the way) and you order through Shop at Home, you get 6% cash back.
If you are going to order through one of these places and you use one of these links to do so, I get a small commission. But whether you buy from these links, from someone else's links, from a conference, or some other way, thank you and I hope you enjoy Home Fires of the Great War!

After you read it, let me know what you think.
